1. Cancellation Request

  • Clients may request a cancellation by contacting us via email or phone.
  • Cancellation requests must include order details and reason for cancellation.

2. Cancellation Timeframe

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that work has not yet started.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Started

  • If the project has already begun, cancellation may still be possible; however:
    • Charges will apply for the work already completed.
    • A partial refund may be issued after deducting the cost of completed work.

4. Non-Cancellable Services

The following cases are not eligible for cancellation:

  • When the project is near completion or has already been delivered
  • After delivery of initial concepts, designs, or drafts
  • Services that involve third-party costs (domains, hosting, paid tools, advertising budgets, etc.)

5. Subscription or Ongoing Services

  • For recurring services (such as SEO or Digital Marketing), clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once it has started.

6. Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a project or service if:

  • Required information or materials are not provided by the client
  • There is a violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Unforeseen circumstances prevent us from continuing the service

In such cases, a fair partial or full refund may be issued depending on the work completed.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
